Your home will be listed with at least 25 different real estate websites. Websites like: Google Base®, Trulia®, Zillow®, Yahoo Classifieds®, Hot Pads® and MANY, MANY MORE! 8. I get feedback on EVERY showing. It is very important to get an "outside" opinion of your home. Here is a true story: On one of my listings, my Seller's kids where home from High School during Summer Break. Both of my seller's worked during the day. We had our first showing and the kids were in charge of cleaning the house. They did a great job of cleaning except when they decided to spray the WHOLE house down with air freshener. And I mean SPRAY it! We never would have known that they were doing this if it wasn't for me getting feedback from the other agent.
